Mango Avocado Lime Weight Loss Smoothie

A must try! This smoothie is a great source of “good fats”! Between the avocado and mango, it gives it an awesome texture!! I used frozen mango cubes, but you can use fresh mango too!
Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it!!! A perfect and very filling tropical treat! Quick and easy breakfast idea too! : )

• 1/4 cup cubed mangoes (fresh or frozen, if you prefer!)
• 1/4 cup ripe avocado
• 1/2 cup of natural mango juice
• 1/4 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt or almond milk
• 1 tablespoon of lime juice

Add ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth!
Enjoy!!

I tried this and it was really tasty, I will drink at least 2 or 3 a week…

  1. What a fascinating combination! I avocados and mangoes are two of my most favorite fruits, but I never thought about putting them together like this. It sounds like it must have a very rich flavour. I look forward to trying it when mangoes are back in season 🙂
